What we collect

When you buy from us on a marketplace such as eBay, the marketplace shares the details needed to fulfill your order: your name, shipping address, phone number if provided, and the items you ordered. We do not receive your payment card details; the marketplace handles payment.

How we use it

Only to ship your order and provide customer service. We pass your name, shipping address and order details to our distributor so they can ship the item directly to you. We do not sell, rent or share your information for marketing.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for shipping, returns, and our tax and accounting obligations, then deleted.

Our marketplace software

Our software connects only to our own seller account to manage our listings and orders. It does not access any other member's account.

Your choices

To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it deleted where the law allows, email us at support@sidecircleco.com.
